Heavy Machinery Lineup

Continuous Hot Water Washers

Engineered around low-speed 1450 RPM triplex pumps and proprietary vertical boiler coils. Fabricated in Brescia since 1977 for continuous multi-shift operations across plant floors and wash bays.

Engineered Series

Standard Production Units

Stationary Plants

Hydrostatic Bay Systems

Fixed steel skid units engineered for enclosed facility wash racks. Connects directly to natural gas or heavy diesel supplies, delivering 250 bar continuous pressure through ceramic plunger assemblies.

Mobile Heavy Duty

Site Wash Trailers

Galvanized steel road trailers equipped with vibration-isolated diesel generators and high-capacity water reservoirs. Built for agricultural equipment degreasing and remote civil infrastructure decontamination under harsh weather.

Modular Heat

Boiler Auxiliary Modules

Independent vertical boiler modules engineered to retro-fit existing cold-water pumping skids. Delivers instant 140°C thermal water output without mechanical backpressure or pump cavitation issues.

Metallurgical Standard

Zero Hydraulic Pressure Loss at Maximum Operating Temperature

Standard commercial washers drop water pressure the instant diesel burners fire. Alberti double-wound seamless steel boiler coils sustain full volumetric flow rate and 140°C delivery across 24-hour continuous run cycles.

Full-Load Thermal Burn-In

Continuous seamless steel tubing is cold-rolled into tight double-concentric helical coils without joint welds, eliminating thermal fatigue points.

Every wound boiler core undergoes 400 bar hydrostatic pressure submersion to verify structural integrity before installation into the chassis.

Combustion chambers are lined with thermal shock refractory cement to contain burner temperatures exceeding 900°C without heat radiation to outer panels.

Completed machinery completes eight hours of continuous high-pressure hot water discharge to calibrate burner fuel pressure and thermal sensors.
